JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision at Service Center Camby has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties. Responsibilities include writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication with all vehicle status updates while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Writing estimates
  • Conducting process reviews
  • Checking in customer vehicles
  • Completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
  • Finalizing total loss administration
  • Providing post‑repair plan communication, including vehicle status updates to customers
  • Ensuring compliance with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards

REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred)
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber insurance policy
  • Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers license
ABILITIES / SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
  • Physical ability to perform consistent activity, reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs
  • Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
  • Advanced understanding of the repair process and procedures
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
  • Prioritization of competing tasks and adaptation to a fast‑paced environment
