Tom Wood Subaru is seeking a skilled and motivated Alignment Technician to join our high-performing service team.

- Perform precision four-wheel alignments using the latest Hunter alignment equipment
- Inspect steering, suspension, and chassis components for wear or damage
- Diagnose alignment, tire wear, and suspension concerns
- Recommend repairs to restore proper vehicle handling, performance, and safety
- Replace and adjust steering and suspension components as needed
- Perform tire mounting, balancing, and rotations when required
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Experience performing four-wheel alignments in a dealership or automotive repair environment
- Proficiency using computerized alignment equipment (Hunter experience preferred)
- Knowledge of steering, suspension, and tire systems
- Ability to diagnose alignment and suspension-related issues accurately
- ASE certification is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
