What You'll DoResponsibilities will vary based on experience and skill level, but may include:
- Perform vehicle inspections and Multi-Point Inspections (MPI)
- Complete routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and fluid services
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, transmission, and HVAC repairs
- Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment and service information
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Follow all Ford and dealership quality standards
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Basic automotive knowledge or technical school education preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and team‑first mentality
- Previous automotive repair experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
- Ase Certifications are a plus
- Ford experience is preferred but not required
- Extensive diagnostic and repair experience
- Ase Master Certification and/or Ford Senior/Master Certification preferred
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
- Ability to mentor and assist fellow technicians
