• Greet customers and assist with service needs
• Write repair orders and document customer concerns
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician findings
• Communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs
• Manage workflow and ensure timely completion of service
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI scores
• Upsell services and increase service department revenue

• Experience as a service advisor, service writer, or automotive service consultant
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to sell recommended services and build customer trust
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment

Strong skills in customer service, sales, communication, and automotive service operations. Experience writing repair orders, upselling services, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with technicians. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes. Ability to handle high‑volume customer interactions, manage workflow, and maintain high CSI scores.
