Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of collision repair/body shop experience required
  • I-CAR certifications are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle disassembly, repair planning, and collision repair procedures
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Professional communication and customer-service skills
Responsibilities
  • Perform complete vehicle disassembly to assist in creating accurate and thorough repair plans
  • Identify all damage and necessary repairs to minimize supplements and improve repair efficiency
  • Follow repair orders and manufacturer guidelines throughout the repair process
  • Complete structural and non-structural repairs to industry standards
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Test drive vehicles as needed to verify repairs
  • Prepare completed vehicles for customer delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
