Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on topics at the intersection of loyalty programs, promotion and offer strategies, membership experiences, and subscription models
- Act as a consultant across one or more project types or phases within end‑to‑end programs, including identifying and evaluating strategic options, designing concepts, analyzing and forecasting proposition economics, developing detailed business rules, selecting and implementing technology, planning go‑to‑market strategies, and executing activation efforts
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including data and analytics, experience design, digital product, and delivery teams, to shape and execute integrated projects seamlessly
- Empower account managers and sales teams by providing the knowledge, materials, strategies, and support needed to align the organization’s solutions with evolving client needs
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging internal and external networks to drive growth
- Evaluate new business opportunities, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), create compelling proposals and presentations, establish relationships with senior clients and prospects, and help close new deals
- Contribute to thought leadership by authoring and supporting the development of research, white papers, and articles on relevant industry topics
- Represent the organization as a loyalty and promotions expert at various industry events, conferences, and forums as needed
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with external partners to enhance the growth and impact of practice‑related initiatives
- Collaborate with the Global Lead for Generative Loyalty and the broader leadership team to refine and advance the organization’s offerings and go‑to‑market strategies
- Extensive expertise in two or more domains, including loyalty/membership, pricing/promotions, and subscription/recurring business models
- Significant industry experience in one or more Consumer & Services sectors, such as Consumer Goods, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality; experience in additional sectors is a plus
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, either in a recognized consultancy or agency setting, or in a comparable role, with demonstrable experience managing diverse client projects
- Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and creative thinking skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex ideas in both written and verbal formats
- Proven ability to engage with senior executives, aligning with their priorities, offering thoughtful insights, and managing expectations effectively
- Solid business acumen, with the capability to discuss the outcomes and benefits of loyalty and promotion initiatives in a clear and credible manner
- A track record of successfully managing client engagements across multiple consulting and delivery phases
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
- Willingness to contribute to building and scaling the organization and its practices
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly, with an estimated requirement of one week per month
