Assistant Revenue Optimization Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing promotion efficiency and conducting basic analysis of full P&L impact, not just ROI, to identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide data support for promotion planning and revenue initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Assist in reviewing promotion efficiency and proposing optimization ideas.
• Help analyze market trends and competitor performance data.
• Support tracking and basic analysis of promotion performance, including revenue contribution and profitability insights.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong analytical skills
• 2+ years of working experience in RGM, PPM, Trade Marketing, Market Insights, or related roles.
• Good strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and learning agility with solid communication skills.
• Proactive, results - oriented, with basic project management skills.
