Position: Business Analyst New Indianapolis, IN
Location: Indianapolis

CSCI Consulting is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support our State of Indiana client. In this role, the consultant will support business operations, project execution, and technical initiatives by analyzing processes, managing budgets, and collaborating across teams in a data- and analytics-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support business operations analysis and project management initiatives
  • Analyze and improve operational processes within technical and analytics-focused environments
  • Assist with planning, tracking, and managing project budgets
  • Collaborate with Dev Ops, technical, and business teams to support delivery objectives
  • Develop documentation, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to internal and external partners
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across operations and project workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven experience in business administration, operations and management, project management, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of direct experience in business operations analysis or project management
  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting business operations and procedures in a technical or data and analytics environment
  • Minimum 2 years of budget management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Dev Ops experience
  • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presence

  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
