Position

Description

The Client Services Representative (CSR) directly supports the sales process and the overall client experience by ensuring accurate order entry, proactive communication, and seamless coordination among Sales, Design, Operations, Finance, and external partners.

Order Processing & Management
  • Enter orders accurately into system/Hedberg and maintain organized project documentation.
  • Maintain organization and record keeping to manage client communications and follow‑ups.
  • Provide input for resolving order exceptions and clarification needs.
Pricing & Quality Control
  • Assist sales team with creating quotes.
  • Review quotes to ensure accurate pricing and specifications.
Logistics & Scheduling
  • Monitor and coordinate furniture ship‑date variances.
  • Request delivery/installation dates from Operations.
  • Communicate installation dates to clients two times and delivery dates one time.
  • Confirm truck schedules for direct shipments and coordinate with Operations.
Client & Colleague Communication
  • Act as liaison between Sales and Finance for acknowledgement/invoice clarifications.
  • Provide accounts-specific quote and order activity updates.
  • Attend meetings and training courses as needed.
Skillset & Abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to internal and external client service.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Understanding of Business Furniture order processes.
  • Ability to work in person in Indianapolis headquarters, which will relocate to Noblesville in the Summer of 2026.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in professional services or business to business sales environment.
  • Experience in customer service, order entry, or operations support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
