This is your opportunity to join their growing team as a Business Development Representative . In this role, you will work with the firm’s existing business development strategy to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives driving new business and expanding customer relationships.
The Perks- $98,000–$135,900 OTE
- Benefits Package
- Make 50 to 100 “cold outreach” connections per day
- Conduct business development within event portfolios
- Help achieve team revenue goals via setting appointments for sales
- Drive account acquisition and growth with mid- to senior-level executive contacts
- Reliable internet connection and strong phone reception
- B2B business development experience (preferably within a machine manufacturing company)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience working with both large enterprises and small-to-mid-sized organizations
- Experience calling on senior executives and decision-makers
- Experience with CRMs and lead management
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Background in B2B Industrial Automation | Packaging | Manufacturing
- Success setting up virtual sales and customer meetings using phone and/or video technology
- Proficiency with CRM systems
