The Procurement Specialist - Trading Products is responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of trading products at country level. The role aims to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity while ensuring alignment with Sika's procurement strategies, policies, and ethical standards.

• Execute the end-to-end operational procurement of trading products at country level, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and supply reliability.
• Conduct supplier negotiations on prices, volumes, quality requirements, and delivery conditions.
• Prepare, validate, and approve purchase orders within delegated authority, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery, continuity of supply, and adherence to agreed quality standards.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies, and track realized savings.
• Monitor procurement performance through defined KPIs and ensure timely reporting using standard templates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement and supplier master data within the ERP system, supporting reporting needs.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, internal procurement policies, procedures, and the Sika Code of Conduct.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and support stock accuracy initiatives as required.

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in an operational procurement role.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (preferred) or similar systems for purchase orders, reporting, and master data management.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written),
