This is a full-time, on-site role for a Buyer located in New Paris, IN. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely procurement to meet production schedules. The role also includes analyzing market trends, maintaining supplier relationships, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure procurement aligns with company goals. The Buyer will play a key role in cost management and supply chain optimization.

• Proficiency in procurement, vendor negotiation, and supplier management
• Experience with inventory control and supply chain management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
