My client a global, multibillion dollar manufacturing company is seeking a Logistics Manager to join their dynamic team in Southern Indiana

A global, multi-site manufacturing company is seeking a Logistics Manager - Americas to lead and optimize logistics operations across North and South America. This role is responsible for managing finished goods distribution, import/export activities, and inbound raw material flows to support production. The position focuses on cost control, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the regional supply chain.

• Oversee regional logistics flow of finished goods across the Americas
• Manage import and export operations, including cross-border shipments
• Control logistics spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and transportation regulations
• Maintain accurate physical inventory through audits and controls
• Support procurement with timely and reliable inbound material flow
• Drive logistics process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience (10+years)
• Minimum 5 years of logistics or supply chain experience
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA (TM, IM, EWM preferred)
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience a plus
• Ability to travel as required
