This role is for someone who thrives on organization, clarity, and helping leaders stay focused on what matters most. You will help keep our leaders prepared, our priorities moving forward, and our communication flowing smoothly. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization.
You will be in the middle of exciting growth and the day-to-day rhythm of building SKYLAKE.
- Own executive calendar management and protect leadership time
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups to keep priorities moving
- Prepare leaders for meetings with the right context, materials, and next steps
- Manage complex travel and logistics for executives and leadership meetings
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Track action items across leadership conversations and help drive follow-through
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and discretion
- Support special projects, planning sessions, and company-wide initiatives
- Help keep leadership communication organized, clear, and timely
- Bring structure, energy, and positivity to how our leadership team operates
- 3+ years supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role
- Exceptional organization and follow-through
- Strong judgment and comfort handling confidential information
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- High emotional intelligence and a calm, positive presence
- Tech savvy with tools like , Microsoft Office, calendars, Zoom and other project tools
- A proactive mindset and a passion for making things run smoothly
