PPG's Aerospace Business is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis! In this role you will be responsible for reviewing usage data across the CMS customers serviced by our Indianapolis ASC. You will serve as a liaison between procurement and site coordinators/supervisors, addressing supply chain issues, supporting late‑order mitigation, and managing new part additions.
This is an onsite position in Indianapolis, IN and reporting to the CMS Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Review usage data across assigned CMS customers.
- Update QAD to ensure orders are generated accurately and on time by the procurement team.
- Set forecasts for higher‑usage materials and review items to confirm that safety stock levels are appropriate, helping to prevent excess aging inventory.
- Promote annual working‑capital improvement across the managed categories in the region through management of forecasts and inventory levels.
- Mitigate scrap and obsolescence across managed categories by use of planning and forecast strategies.
- Meet customer on time in full requirements by setting appropriate safety stock levels and using forecasting strategies.
- Develop quarterly communication reviews with main region team members, including the review of upcoming change projects and understanding of our forward needs.
- Participate in monthly demand meetings as the site liaison to the sales and operations planning process.
- Coordinate new item setup processes.
- Identify local opportunities for cost savings programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required; or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in a Supply Chain or Inventory Management related role preferred.
- Prior experience with QAD or similar ERP system preferred.

Compensation is commensurate with location and factors such as skill set, experience, training, qualifications, license, and certifications.
