Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a dynamic and global role? As a Global Product Planner, you will be at the forefront of supply chain management, driving operational excellence and ensuring product availability across our hubs and nodes.

• Develop and manage supply plans utilizing affiliate and statistical forecasts to create accurate and efficient supply chains.
• Proactively address supply and demand planning issues to maintain seamless operations and continually optimize MRP master data.
• Lead bottleneck management, allocation, reserve management, and scrap mitigation across the network.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product supply‑related communications with suppliers, regions, business areas, and affiliates.
• Guarantee timely supply of finished goods to regional and local warehouses, aligning with SLAs and meeting customer service objectives at the lowest total cost.
• End‑to‑End Inventory Management: accountable for global product availability across all regional and central warehouse locations for a defined portfolio, including safety level monitoring.
• Supply Planning & Optimization: responsible for the creation and accuracy of global supply plans, aligning demand inputs with manufacturing and supplier capabilities and providing recommendations regarding MPS and RCCP.
• Lifecycle & Launch Coordination: liaise with functional leads and lifecycle teams to manage product transitions during critical launch and phase‑out periods.
• Operational Execution & Data Integrity: optimize MRP master data, execute logistics interventions, and batch reservations to guarantee uninterrupted product flow during emergencies.
• Crisis Management & S&OP Leadership: initiate escalation processes for global availability and orchestrate S&OP meetings to resolve supply‑demand imbalances.
• Global Allocation & Process Excellence: manage global product allocations with cross‑functional partners and act as subject‑matter expert to ensure alignment with business scenarios.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, marketing, production, inventory control, or purchasing functions with an international focus.
• Highly proficient in materials management and supply‑chain data analysis.
• Experience with SAP and OMP.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills, able to influence decisions and improve the status‑quo.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Project‑management experience.

Salary range: $78,600–$146,000 (based on primary location Indianapolis, IN). Actual pay will be determined by experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
