Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Analyst to join our dynamic team and support operations through comprehensive data analysis and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, review, and analyze data related to government operations, including revenues, employment, and expenditures.
- Define the nature and extent of organizational problems and develop actionable solutions.
- Interview managers and employees to observe operations and gather relevant information.
- Develop mathematical models to support analysis and decision-making processes.
- Understand the organization’s structure, internal culture, and its relationships within the government.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to government stakeholders.
- Proven experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and developing strategic recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for preparing reports and delivering presentations.
- Ability to interview and observe organizational operations effectively.
- Proficiency in mathematical modeling and relevant software tools.
- Knowledge of government operations and organizational structures is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
- 3 years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
