Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Location:

Indianapolis, IN.

Schedule:

2nd Shift Monday‑Friday 3:00p.m. – 11:30p.m., with flexibility for additional hours.

Pay: $75,000 per year (exempt salary). Paid twice per month. Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and long‑term incentive based on level.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations within the assigned function and guide direct reports to achieve daily operational goals.
• Provide customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
• Manage staffing performance, performance reviews, and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees.
• Plan and schedule daily workload.
• Maintain health and safety compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Provide off‑shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• One (1) or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Advanced knowledge of logistics industry, customer/company local/federal regulations, and manufacturing & production.
• Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain Management fundamentals.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organization levels.
• Self‑driven, flexible, and able to operate in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to multitask.
