Training Services Coordination and Logistics Associate III

Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (there may be some variance depending on business needs)

• Check the training mailbox for rosters
• Confirm instructors and classes are set up
• Ensure classroom is set up for in‑person training
• Manually file papers
• Respond to emails in a timely manner
• Help facilitate online and in‑person training

• Be at least 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Demonstrate problem‑solving abilities and critical‑thinking skills
• Demonstrate good communication skills (verbal/written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to multi‑task
• Demonstrate time‑management skills

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,920 – $39,900.
