Position: Enterprise Change Mangement Leader
Location: Indianapolis

Enterprise Change Management Director (Enterprise Chng Mgmt Leader)

Location:

Must be in‑office 3 days per week. Alternate locations may be considered if within a reasonable commuting distance from an office in Illinois or New York.

Responsibilities
  • Actively lead, direct, coordinate and provide visibility into engagement, communications, and training efforts for enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Create and execute change management strategies that maximize stakeholder readiness and adoption, supporting the delivery of identified project benefits.
  • Execute strategic interventions to promote clarity, understanding, alignment, and sustainment of programmatic changes.
  • Apply structured change management methodology to facilitate change and promote adoption, adapting the methodology for appropriate stakeholders.
  • Prepare for change by assessing magnitude and risk of change with the organization’s change readiness.
  • Identify pitfalls and potential points of challenge or change aversion.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify key internal and external stakeholders impacted by the change and determine appropriate timing.
  • Scan the environment to identify potential challenges such as skills gaps, reputational risks, trust gaps or uncertainties, fostering a positive acceptance of change.
  • Modify change management plans to accommodate the needs of various impacted stakeholder groups.
  • Create engagement and communications strategies or plans to ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of impending changes.
  • Work with appropriate departments to create coaching plans for enterprise leaders, associates, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct an impact assessment for stakeholders affected by change items.
  • Regularly review and assess potential change fatigue across all stakeholders and provide recommendations to address it.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative assessment of change success and adoption.
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders to determine the success of change management activities and ensure behavioral changes align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Communications/PR, Associate Experience & Listening, Human Resources, Legal, Public Affairs, Compliance, and Enterprise Transformation leaders at all levels to ensure integration and alignment of business plans.
  • Advise project teams, business partners and others in the organization on change management practices to increase effectiveness in driving sustainable change.
  • Mentor emerging change management talent across enterprise and team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirements
    • BA/BS in Organizational Development or a business‑related field.
    • Minimum 7 years of professional‑level change management, organization development or business transformation experience, including minimum 3 years of project leadership experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
    • Significant experience in change management with project delivery, balancing speed constraints and competing priorities.
    • Strong communication, executive presence and presentation skills; ability to independently lead and influence others across the organization.
    • Aptitude for understanding and leveraging technology.
    • Successful leadership of enterprise transformation initiatives and/or change management within transformation offices.
    • Application of data‑based methods to strategy and execution.
    • Strong digital fluency, including emerging technology, data and reporting, AI tools and automation for change practices.
    • Ability to navigate complex, nuanced environments and make quick, meaningful impact.
    • Experience leading cross‑functional peer teams and/or managing client relationships.
    • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $141,680 to $231,840 (based on location, experience, education, and skill level). Additional compensation may include equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution, and incentive programs.
