EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – SALES & MARKETINGSupporting the Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Digger Specialties, Inc. (DSI) is seeking an experienced, highly organized professional to serve as a trusted partner to our Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
This role is far more than traditional administrative support. It is a unique opportunity to become a central point of coordination within a dynamic sales department, helping facilitate communication, organize key initiatives, and support executive priorities that impact customers, sales teams, and the business as a whole.

WHAT YOU WILL DOWorking closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will help coordinate and facilitate activities including:
- Executive correspondence and communications
- Travel arrangements and itinerary planning
- Coordination with Territory Managers, Directors of Sales, and Independent Manufacturer Representatives
- Customer communications and notices
- Sales meeting and event coordination
- Monthly reporting and executive support activities
- Plant tour scheduling and logistics
- Promotional and apparel program coordination
- Documentation routing and customer setup support
- Information maintenance and organizational support
You will also assist with important annual initiatives including dealer awards, sales meetings, budgeting support, forecasting activities, rebate programs, and executive planning efforts.
