In this pivotal role, you’ll be accountable for optimizing our professional services spend and enhancing our strategic partnerships, all without direct reports. Your expertise will directly influence short‑term operational success and contribute meaningfully to our long‑term objectives.

• Manage Services Sourcing Categories, encompassing both routine tasks and complex initiatives.
• Develop and implement category strategies across a diverse portfolio.
• Apply a maturity standpoint to assess and advance the effectiveness of each category, focusing on Process Maturity, Technology Enablement, Talent & Expertise, and Relationships.
• Foster strategic partnerships internally and externally, ensuring initiatives are fully aligned with broader business objectives and corporate strategies.
• Influence without direct authority, engaging with VP, SVP, and senior leaders, and participating in meetings with external representatives such as vendors, customers, and consultants.
• Operate within established guidelines, making decisions with a 6–12 month planning horizon.

• Proven experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement, with a focus on professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across an organization.
• Experience in developing and implementing category strategies for complex services.
• Strong understanding of supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent;
  Master’s degree is a plus.
