Rayon Manager

Under the responsibility of the Director, you are responsible for the operational management of your department to ensure its profitability and to achieve the targeted objectives (revenue, margins, staff costs, stock management, losses, and stockouts). You are a force of proposal to improve the quality of service and the commercial offer.

In compliance with the commercial and marketing policy of the store, you ensure:

• The implementation of your departments (range structures, stock placement, cleanliness, organization)
• The setup and follow-up of your commercial operations (promotions)
• Relationships with suppliers (negotiations, orders, follow-ups, disputes)
• Compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
• The quality of products and the sense of service to customers

A true merchant, you motivate and lead a team in compliance with the prevailing social rules. You are the guarantor of the good working atmosphere within your team. You are responsible for the welcome and training of new hires or interns. You are an actor in the professional journey of your team by participating in their individual interviews.

Graduated in bakery, pastry, or viennoiserie (such as CAP/BEP or equivalent), you ideally possess solid experience of 5 years in the field.
