Athletics Manager, NCAA Ground Transportation

Job Overview

The Ground Transportation Account Manager position is primarily responsible for sourcing, contracting, and managing motorcoach transportation needs for the Anthony Travel/On Location NCAA Ground Transportation program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, transportation, and event management, provide outstanding customer service, and be an enthusiastic professional.

• Solicit, review, and confirm motorcoach quotes.
• Maintain proactive vendor communication.
• Manage multiple concurrent trip needs and communications.
• Provide 24/7 support during select time periods.
• Create excellent collaboration and communication with all partners in the program.
• Oversee post‑trip invoice completion and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Travel: adapt to work and travel schedule, be available for travel (less than 10% of the time) and extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, partners, and representing Anthony Travel.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in operations, travel, or ground transportation environments.

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

• Hiring rate minimum: $45,000 annually (minimum will not fall below applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds).
• Hiring rate maximum: $60,000 annually.
