We areseekinga motivated and analytical
Process Analyst
tojoinour distribution centerteam. In this role, you will analyze the current processes,identify improvement opportunities, anddrivethe implementation of solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and operational consistency.
The Process Analyst will work closely with Operations,Facilities and Maintenance,IT,Customer Service and other cross functional teams to collect data, document processes, and support improvement initiatives aligned with distribution center goals.
Key Responsibilities Process Analysis- Own end‑to‑end process analysisfordistribution center processes and workflows toidentifyinefficiencies, bottlenecks, and variability.
- Analyzecurrentstate performance using process mapping, time studies, andonfloorobservations to understand current state operations.
- Collaborate withcrossfunctionalteams to gather data,operationalfeedback, andprocessinsights.
- Lead assigned process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation and stabilization.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement concepts to reduce waste and improve cycle time and productivity.
- Ownpilotdesign,execution and validation including post implementation monitoring of improvements.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data related to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, and throughput.
- Develop andmaintaindashboards, reports, and visual summaries for operational reviews.
- Conduct root cause analysis for performance gaps and operational issuesand recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluateprocessimpactsof new systems, tools, or automation initiatives.
- Work with IT and Operations teamsfortesting, rollout, and stabilization of process or system changes.
- Documentsystem-relatedprocess changes and user impacts.
- Develop,maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), standard work, and process documentation.
- Ensure documentation is clear,accurate, and aligned with operational execution.
- Own change communication related to process updates and documentation revisions.
- Ensure alignment between documented processes, system configuration, and operational execution.
- Ensure all process designs andchangescomply with safety, regulatory and operational standards.
- Identify operational and ergonomic risks related to process or layout changes and partner with Safety teams to mitigate them.
- Own risk assessment inputs for assigned process changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, ora related field.
- 2+ years of experience in process analysis,industrial engineering,continuous improvement, or operations.
- Foundational understanding of Lean / Continuous Improvement concepts.
- Strong analytical skills withproficiencyin
Excel; exposure to data visualization tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with process mapping and basictimemotionstudies preferred.
- Knowledge in distribution center operations such as picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
- Experiencewithdistribution center operationsandautomation is a plus.
- Strongproblemsolving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and warehouse environments.
