Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business needs to drive account growth and act as a representative for Help at Home within the community, enhancing brand awareness and supporting strategic business development initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient communication channels and procedures that streamline operations and enhance client and referral source management.
  • Acquire, retain, and monitor key relationships with case managers for contribution towards meeting goals.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive account growth.
  • Follow up on leads effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the database with all sales activities.
  • Actively engage with clients to ensure a timely admission process for start of services.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of Intake Client Associates. Provide mentorship, feedback, and foster a culture of professional growth.
  • Facilitate collaboration with recruiting and onboarding teams to ensure consistency in best practices and communication across departments.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years in client services, or a related role, with a focus on intake processes; experience in healthcare sales preferred.
  • Medicaid, Waiver and Home Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience as a manager or team leader preferred.
  • Experience managing relationships with distribution partnerships and/or referral sources a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Seated – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to move, transport, or position up to 50 pounds; up to 100 pounds.
