Core Requirements

• 4+ years of child welfare experience (required)
• 2+ years preparing for child welfare federal audits (required)
• Strong knowledge of Title IV-E foster care eligibility
• Experience reviewing case files and eligibility documentation
• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project)

Key Responsibilities

• Review and determine Title IV-E eligibility for foster care cases
• Analyze case records, data, and supporting documentation
• Prepare and organize files for federal Title IV-E and adoption assistance audits
• Identify compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Document eligibility findings using established protocols
• Provide technical assistance related to Title IV-E requirements
• Maintain production logs and tracking reports
• Prepare reports and other deliverables for leadership
