The Supply Chain Coordinator controls and optimizes the company’s purchases and inventory through control procedures, analysis, and evolving processes. This role controls cost of goods through minimizing inventory loss, recovery of value through returns and warranty claim realization, and guiding purchasing strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Control service parts inventory through monthly inventory analysis and process improvement.
- Ensure warranty claims are credited accurately, promptly, and for full value.
- Verify warranty coverage eligibility based on policy terms, product registration, and service records.
- Analyze claims to identify root cause of part returns and warranty claims and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with field team to minimize inventory write offs and resolve warranty claim and return issues.
- Work with Director of Purchasing to evolve our service parts inventory control process to a more scalable platform with improved automated controls to support company growth.
- College degree required and 1-3 years of experience in a distribution or logistics environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Problem-solving and collaboration skills

- Ability to interpret policy documents and technical product information
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to hit multiple deadlines in given period
- Proficient in data manipulation and analysis including intermediate or greater Excel skills
