You will have the opportunity to get involved in the development of innovative solutions in strategic sustainability, ESG regulation, reporting and operational transformation, with a growing focus on supply chain, due diligence and tangible value generation, as well as working with multidisciplinary teams and building long-lasting client relationships.

As a Sustainability Consultant (Supply Chain) you will be involved in the design and deployment of ESG solutions linked to business and supply chain, combining regulatory analysis, structuring capacity, communication and support to verification processes. Your main functions:

  • Analyze ESG risks in suppliers and supply chains.
  • Support processes of segmentation, prioritization and monitoring of suppliers.
  • Contribute to the design of due diligence processes, traceability and remediation plans.
  • Interpret applicable regulations (CSRD, CSDDD, EUDR and related frameworks) and land them to the client.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports and communication materials with a client focus.
  • Participate in workshops, interviews and work dynamics with client and internal teams.
  • Provide support in document review and narrative coherence for verification processes.
  • Help transform ESG diagnostics into actionable improvement proposals.

Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration and Management, Law, International Relations, Engineering, Political or Economic Sciences or similar. English level B2. Between 1-3 years of experience in ESG Consulting, Compliance, Procurement, Supply Chain or Business Transformation. Advanced PowerPoint level. Intermediate to advanced Excel level. Valuable knowledge of other languages. Desired requirements:
Master's degree in sustainability, ESG, compliance, supply chain or business management. Training in Human Rights, Sustainable Procurement, ESG Reporting, due diligence and analysis tools. Experience with supplier risk screening tools. Knowledge of sustainability due diligence (CSDDD/CS3D) and ESG Reporting (CSRD, GRI and related frameworks). Basic knowledge of verification frameworks and document review. Valuable knowledge of other languages.
