  • Obtain and maintain required customer documentation, including purchase orders and billing information, to support order accuracy and timely invoicing.
  • Create, maintain, and analyze customer and rental reporting to support business and operational decision-making.
  • Monitor performance metrics related to data integrity, including unbilled orders, aged purchase order collection, and credit-related adjustments.
  • Support process compliance initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and special projects related to commercial service operations.
What You'll Bring
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in order management, billing, revenue support, customer operations, finance operations, or a related business function.
  • Experience working within an ERP system to manage orders, billing transactions, and data maintenance.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
  • Experience analyzing operational or financial data and identifying discrepancies requiring corrective action.
  • Experience managing documentation, reporting, and business records with a high degree of accuracy.
