Hours: 8-5 EST (Candidates must reside in EST)

Location: Hybrid workforce strategy; contractors required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week.

• Analyze, report, and develop recommendations on data related to complex business metrics.
• Create and maintain databases to track business performance.
• Analyze data and summarize performance using statistical procedures.
• Develop and analyze business performance reports (claims, provider, utilization data) and identify deviations and anomalies.
• Create and publish periodic reports and ad‑hoc reports.
• Devise diagnostic or tracking data solutions to translate business requirements into decision support tools.
• Make recommendations based on data analysis.

• BS/BA degree in related field and minimum 3 years of data analysis or related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with relational databases, query tools, and statistical software.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Experience with PowerBI and Tableau, large data sets, and claims data is preferred.

Hourly: $31.45 – $66.26 USD
