What You Can Expect :

You will take responsibility for the meaningful management reporting of our business units and manage the budget and forecast process. With your analyses, you create transparency and support informed company management.

As a business partner, you will advise our national and international subsidiaries on operational economic issues and work closely with various departments.

You will analyze financial and operational key figures, derive action recommendations from them, and support management in strategic and operational decisions.

In addition, you will accompany investment projects from planning to implementation.

You will actively bring your experience into transformation projects and continuously develop our finance and controlling processes.

In doing so, you will shape changes and contribute to aligning our working methods in a future-oriented manner.

Independently, you will take over projects and processes, identify optimization potentials, and successfully implement improvements together with the departments.

What You Bring:

You have a successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification and bring a solid understanding of business operations.

Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium or large corporate group, as well as the independent management of topics, processes, or projects, are equally outstanding.

You question existing procedures, recognize optimization potentials, and convince through initiative, willingness to change, and a structured, solution-oriented working method.

With your analytical and conceptual skills, you develop practical solutions for operational economic issues. You use modern data analyses and the targeted use of AI applications to sustainably improve processes and decisions.

You have practical experience in using SAP S/4

HANA and use Microsoft-365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot, safely and purposefully.

Very good German and English skills as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders complete your profile.
