We are seeking a diligent and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana
. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving our business processes and systems. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and our technology teams, translating business needs into functional requirements, and driving organisational improvements through data-driven insights. • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Liaise between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project goals.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the planning, testing, and implementation of new business solutions.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and business process modelling.
• Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Experience with in the real estate industry would be considered a significant advantage.
