About the Role:

As the Business Developer III, Organizational Strategy, you will drive organizational design and workforce strategy initiatives across the RME network. You will partner with senior leaders to shape the structure, capability, and long-term direction of the organization, ensuring alignment between business goals and people strategy. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing, scalable organization that supports Amazon's continued growth.

Key job responsibilities

Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- You will drive organizational strategy development by assessing current-state structures, identifying gaps, and designing scalable org models that align with RME's long-term business objectives

- You will lead cross-functional initiatives to define and implement workforce planning frameworks, partnering with HR, Finance, and Operations leaders to ensure headcount and capability strategies support network growth

- You will develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, executive-level reporting, and decision-support tools that enable senior leaders to make data-driven organizational decisions

- You will influence and align stakeholders across multiple business lines by facilitating working sessions, synthesizing complex inputs, and delivering clear recommendations on org design and talent strategy

- You will support continuous improvement of organizational effectiveness by tracking key workforce metrics, identifying trends, and driving adoption of best practices across the RME network

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience

- Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives

- 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting

- PMP certificate, or Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
