- Print Management Candidate Specification:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management Job Description
- 3–6 years of experience in enterprise printing, EUC, or infrastructure operations.
- Strong knowledge of printing fundamentals: print spooler, print services, queues, ports, drivers, driver preferences
- Basic knowledge of server components, including managing Windows features, event logs, IIS, and device settings.
- Hands‑on exposure to ITSM tools like Service Now (Incidents/Changes/Requests).
- Scripting/automation exposure using Power Shell (basic to intermediate).
