Program Coordinator

Position Summary

The Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines.

• Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and Program/Operations staff.
• Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence.
• Handle payment processing.
• Perform data entry, gather and track data, and assure data quality.
• Export predesigned reports.
• Attend staff meetings and other program support.
• Complete special projects.
• Demonstrate organization and attention to detail.

• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Target Compensation: $21.50/hr compensation Range: $17.75 - $25.05 (USD, hourly).
