Role Overview

This role is ON-SITE/REMOTE Indianapolis, Indiana residents only.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs and processes.
• Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to clarify objectives and align on deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented.
• Support project planning, risk identification, and status reporting.
• Assist in process mapping and solution recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Skilled in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Pages (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a variable schedule.
• Comfortable working in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
