Shape the Future of Process Excellence

Lead the development and execution of our global Process Excellence (PEx) strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.

Partner with senior leaders to align transformation priorities with business objectives, digital innovation initiatives, and financial goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Drive Enterprise Value Creation Own a global portfolio of process improvement and transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact through productivity improvements, cost savings, quality enhancements, and operational efficiency gains. Oversee opportunity assessment, business case development, benefits realization, and performance tracking.

Lead Business Transformation Champion end-to-end process transformation across strategic business and digital programs. Guide teams through process assessment, future-state design, standardization, optimization, and implementation to deliver scalable, sustainable change.

Advance Automation and Digital Enablement Lead the enterprise automation capability and collaborate with business, digital, data, and technology teams to identify and scale automation solutions that simplify work, improve customer and employee experiences, and accelerate business performance.

Own Enterprise Portfolio & Work Management Excellence Provide leadership for the enterprise work management and project portfolio management platform (currently Workfront), ensuring effective demand management, prioritization, resource planning, portfolio governance, and executive visibility into strategic initiatives and investments.

Build and Inspire High-Performing Teams Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed team across Process Excellence, Automation, and Enterprise Work Management functions. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and results.

Create Scalable Operating Models Design and implement standards, frameworks, governance processes, playbooks, and best practices that strengthen organizational effectiveness, improve consistency, and drive excellence across the enterprise.

Apply Industry-Leading Improvement Methodologies Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, value stream mapping, process mining, automation readiness assessments, and advanced analytics to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable business outcomes.
