Job Description

We are seeking a /Business Consultant /Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
project and program management, stakeholder communications, and KPI-driven delivery and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects from initiation through closure while managing risk, resources, and project performance
. There are several areas requiring this support:
Pharmacy Services, Reimbursement Services, Digital Products, Go‑to‑Market, Data Enablement, and Platform Services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead simple to complex projects and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Proactively assess and communicate project resource needs to leadership.
• Maintain and support tools used for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project activities and drive completion of deliverables.
• Apply project management best practices and standards across work streams.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation plans to resolution.
• Build relationships with Project Sponsors and Owners and provide technical and analytical performance insights during execution.
• Respond to project team queries related to scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables.
• Convene and lead regular status meetings based on project deliverables and milestones.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and tailor messages per the communications plan.
• Collaborate with teams to define success measures and KPIs.
• Operationalize common tasks and use AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Create, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans, including integrated plans as needed.
• Provide niche subject matter expertise where applicable.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in risk management and KPI tracking.
• Clear communication skills with ability to tailor messages for executives and teams.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects from initiation to closure.

Preferred

Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Experience using AI or automation to streamline project operations.

Experience with Healthcare, pharma, Lifesciences, Medical Affairs is needed
