Guidon is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Legal Compliance Analyst to support the Company's legal, compliance, contracting, licensing, and certification functions. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this hourly, non-exempt position will help maintain the Company's legal and regulatory obligations while supporting contract administration, professional licensing, business registrations, supplier diversity certifications, corporate records, compliance calendars, and risk management initiatives.

This role is designed for a professional who enjoys working across departments, managing deadline-driven processes, improving systems, and helping build the operational foundation of a growing legal function. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong judgment, confidentiality, follow-through, and the ability to identify issues early and elevate them appropriately.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior legal, paralegal, or professional experience is preferred, particularly in a corporate or in-house legal environment.
• Prior experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar ERP strongly preferred.

• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, calendar management, follow-through, and deadline tracking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential, privileged, sensitive, and business-critical information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently, ask thoughtful questions, prioritize competing tasks, and elevate issues appropriately.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and document management practices.
• Demonstrated initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

• Support the administration and lifecycle management of owner agreements, subconsultant agreements, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, amendments, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate contract intake, review routing, approvals, signatures, filing, and retention in accordance with Company procedures.
• Maintain contract databases, tracking logs, templates, executed agreements, and related records.
• Monitor key contract obligations, including expiration dates, renewal deadlines, notice requirements, insurance requirements, and deliverable-related obligations.

• Track and coordinate Company business registrations, foreign qualifications, annual reports, registered agent matters, and Secretary of State filings.
