Supporting successful product commercialization, the full-time temporary Sales Enablement Product Commercialization and Training Analyst will create sales and service enablement materials, coordinate launch readiness, and improve product adoption across customer-facing teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop sales presentations, feature guides, one-pagers, FAQs, training, and customer documentation
- Maintain version-controlled enablement content and centralized knowledge repositories
- Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Service teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in Sales & Service Enablement Content Creation
- 3 years of experience in Product Release & Launch Coordination
- 3 years of experience in Training & Knowledge Management
- Ability to translate technical updates into customer-friendly messaging
