Duties
You will serve as the cornerstone for elevated customer support, acting as the primary strategic liaison between Business and Financial Management Division (01F), technical line departments, and Branch Manager.
You will utilize expert-level stakeholder management skills to proactively resolve customer concerns before they impact operations.
You will synthesize and streamline critical performance data, ensuring Lead Technical Project Managers (TPMs) are fully equipped to rapidly and accurately answer high-visibility department data calls.
You will also serve as Project Analyst (PJA) providing business and financial management services to NSWC Crane Technical Project Managers (TPMs).
You will deliver project-aligned financial support at the Project Identification Number (PIN) level, ensuring financial planning, execution discipline, and performance visibility across project portfolios.

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
This is a Financial Management Level 2 certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and interpreting funding requirements to develop project aligned financial plans and ensure compliant financial operations to meet mission objectives.
