POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acquisition support, COR support, and Purchase Requisition (PR) input support to include, but not limited to:
Planning, Tracking and Analysis of Acquisition Requirements
PR Input Monitoring Performance Tracking of Funds and Payment
Preparation and Review of Acquisition Requirements Documentation Meeting minutes
Document Handling Reporting
Data Entry
Experience and proficiency in Department of Defense and Department of Navy (DoN) acquisition regulations and requirements
Track existing contract ordering periods and service periods of performance and monitor follow-on contract actions as required
New definitive contracts
New Basic IDIQ and Requirements contracts
New Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA)
All Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) actions (including GSA, GWACs, etc.)
New OTs
All Orders (Delivery, Task, and Job Orders)
All New Sea Port TOs
All OT Project Orders
All incremental funding modifications (FAR-based and Non-FAR Based)
Option Exercise modifications
OT Project Order Phase Execution modifications
All other modifications requested by the RTA

Acquisition Management provides daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level executives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a US Citizen
Must have a Secret Clearance
Minimum of Bachelor's degree
3-7 years as a contract/ acquisition specialist
