Description

Location:

Indianapolis, Indiana – this position is a hybrid position but needs to be able to travel onsite with partners as needed.

NOTE:

Indiana-residing applicants are preferred, but will consider applicants from Ohio, Illinois, Michigan and Kentucky (or within 120 miles from Indianapolis).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to support clinical and operational teams through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and technology-enabled solutions. This role will partner directly with business and clinical leaders to understand operational needs, evaluate program performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop reporting and workflow solutions that support informed decision-making.

This position will work with healthcare data including claims, clinical, financial, pharmacy, and program performance data to identify trends, evaluate key performance indicators, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. The role will also support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, reporting tools, and other solutions designed to improve operational efficiency and program performance.

The ideal candidate can effectively bridge data, technology, and business operations; someone who is comfortable digging into complex data, understanding the operational story behind it, and partnering with stakeholders to implement practical solutions.

We are seeking an individual who is driven and self-motivated with a high level of professionalism, a passion for innovation, and a business style that is scrappy, strategic, creative, team-oriented, hands-on, and collaborative.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with clinical, operational, and business leaders to evaluate programs, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Collect, organize, validate, and analyze healthcare data, including claims, EHR, financial, pharmacy, operational, and clinical program data.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools for clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Develop and support Power Automate workflows and Power Platform solutions that streamline reporting, data collection, tracking, and manual processes.
  • Translate business needs and operational challenges into reporting, analytics, workflow, and technology solutions.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and large healthcare datasets to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
