The Business Process Improvement Specialist works collaboratively across the Indiana Department of Revenue to identify, analyze, design, and implement improvements to service operations, efficiency, and quality. This role streamlines end-to-end processes using LEAN Six Sigma principles and data analysis to drive productivity and enhance the user experience. The successful candidate will guide teams through improvement projects, develop process documentation, and foster a continuous improvement culture across the agency.
Keyqualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of business systems and commercial business applications
- Considerable knowledge of project management theories and practices
- Ability to apply system development methodologies and change management
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role applying relevant knowledge and skills
- Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and oral/written communication abilities
- Ability to lead, influence, and build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
