Cadence is currently recruiting for a Facility Manager for our Indianapolis site. The continued growth of Cadence demands this addition to our team. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this role is responsible for delivering and executing daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives.

The Facility Managerisresponsiblefortheday -to-dayoperationsinafast-pacedwarehouseenvironment.

• Managewarehouseassociatesandsupportdeliverydrivers
• Plan,monitorandexecuteschedulesandadjustasneededtoensureproperstaffingthatsupports operationaldemandsandbusinessobjectives.
• Manageinboundandoutboundloadingandunloadingoftruckswhilemaintainingwarehouseorganizationandinventoryaccuracy.
• Maintain productivity,customerserviceandsafetystandardsonadailybasis
• Providesuperiorcustomerserviceandmaintainprofessionalandcourteousrelationswithcustomersandsuppliers
• Communicatewithemployeesinareassuchas:objectives,policies,procedures,safety methods,etc.
• Works with dispatchers to coordinate the most efficient deliveries.
• Appliesknowledgeofcustomerschedules,delivery times,trafficvolumeandalternateroutestoincreaserouteefficiencies.
• Hastheabilitytosafelyloadandunloadproductsaccordingtosizeofloadandcontentdescription
• Provides superior customer service and maintains a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image
