Business Change Manager - FEP
This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Job DescriptionThe Federal Employee Program (FEP) provides health benefits to federal employees, retirees, and their families. Through its longstanding partnership with the federal government, FEP offers nationwide coverage and access to a broad network of providers, with a focus on delivering quality, affordable care. The Business Change Manager is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
Howyou will make an impact
- Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope.
- Leads efforts to identify best practices.
- Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
- Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
- Designs methods for integrating function and process.
- Conducts cost/benefit analysis.
- Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Prior FEP experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with SAFe and Agile delivery methodology preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), especially with communicating with the various stakeholders highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills preferred.
- Experience leading strategic business initiatives, operational transformation, process redesign, and cross-functional execution strongly preferred.
- Experience translating business objectives into actionable plans, operational roadmaps, performance measures, and structured governance processes preferred.
- Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign is strongly preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills preferred.

* range for this specific position is $81,396 to $134,946 Locations:

New York;
Virginia
