Product Manager

Role overview

This product management role is responsible for deciding which customer problems to solve next and carrying initiatives from discovery through launch and measurement. The work combines regular customer conversations, technical understanding, clear written decision-making, quantitative analysis, and close collaboration with design and engineering.

• Own a product area from problem definition and prioritisation through delivery and post-launch evaluation.
• Speak with customers regularly and bring specific observations into product decisions.
• Write concise specifications covering the problem, constraints, intended solution, and success measures.
• Make prioritisation decisions transparently, including explaining work that will not be pursued.
• Partner with engineering and design as a peer throughout discovery, development, and release.
• Define and track meaningful measures of product success.

• At least three years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience working on technical products where understanding system behaviour informed decisions.
• Strong written communication and disciplined product reasoning.
• Comfort with quantitative analysis and independently defining success metrics.
• Confidence making clear trade-offs and explaining when the answer is no.

• Experience in customer support, customer success, or ecommerce operations.
• Experience delivering AI or machine-learning features and managing uncertainty in their behaviour.
• Familiarity with product-led growth approaches.
