Role overview

A Staff Product Manager role owning end-to-end product execution across a healthcare infrastructure platform that connects patients, providers, and developers. The position spans SaaS, APIs, payments, and infrastructure surfaces without being tied to a single business unit, focusing on product excellence rather than revenue maximization. Success means shipping the right product quickly, simplifying complex systems, and raising the bar for product execution across the company.

• Own full-stack product execution across discovery, delivery, and iteration on multiple surface areas.
• Engage weekly with users including front desk staff, providers, developers, and patients.
• Develop and prioritize roadmaps grounded in first-principles thinking.
• Partner with Design and Engineering through tight, fast build cycles.
• Embed with Sales, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams to support launches, adoption, and feedback loops.
• Define, track, and manage product metrics at the feature and platform level.
• Design and drive exceptional end-to-end user experiences, from backend architecture through delivery mechanisms to UI layers.

• 8 to 12 years of experience as a full-stack product owner in SaaS or API businesses.
• Proven success operating at $100M to $500M+ scale and supporting complex go-to-market motions.
• Experience building API-first products for developer ecosystems is a plus.
• Exceptional first-principles thinker and systems designer.
• Strong design thinking with the ability to move seamlessly between technical detail and user experience.
• Deep ownership mentality, with a bias for clarity, speed, and simplicity over process and polish.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritize, and deliver results quickly.

• Base salary range of $190,000 to $250,000 USD, plus potential stock options.
