ICF is seeking Senior Child Welfare Specialists to support the U.S. federal Children’s Bureau (CB) with monitoring and improvement through the CFSR.
The role is home-based with approximately 15–20% travel and requires collaboration with federal staff and regional offices. You will plan and conduct reviews, develop Program Improvement Plans (PIP), analyze data, and engage state and tribal stakeholders to advance performance.
